1、The overall layout of this machine tool is vertical layout. The headstock spindle is fixed on the machine tool bed to drive the workpiece to rotate, the upright post is a fixed beam which is fixed on the installation surface of the machine tool bed, and they are of box structure to ensure sufficient rigidity and vibration resistance.
2、The main drive of the machine tool is driven by a 3kW variable frequency motor, and the reducer is directly connected to the headstock spindle to drive rotation. The headstock spindle is of multi-group bearing structure, which has high rigidity and high rotation accuracy. The main motor is stepless regulated by the frequency converter, which makes the spindle rotate at a speed up to 120r/min at the main frequency of 50HZ, and the rotating parts are dynamically balanced, with high transmission efficiency and smooth rotation.
3、The grinding wheel spindle is driven by motor, which has high precision, good rigidity, high machining efficiency and long service life.
4、The sheet metal of the machine tool is of semi-closed structure, and the X and Z axes are protected.
